Intro to Ballet

This introductory recreational ballet class opens the world of dance to children who want to explore the grace and movement of ballet. students will practice skills and learn choreographed dance routines.

Beginning Hip Hop

Learn the art and style of hip hop dance. Participants will learn and develop coordination and rhythm while learning progressive choreography. Class is fast paced with energetic movements.

Ages: Intro to Ballet (5 - 8) Hip Hop Dance (7 - 17)
Days: Tuesdays
Time: Ballet 5:30 - 6:25pm Hip Hop Dance 6:30 - 7:25pm

ARCHERY

April - August 

Archery is a practice that has been around for thousands of years. Today, people all over the world practice this graceful sport that builds patience, focus, and strength. Come learn how to shoot
and experience its benefits in a positive and controlled environment here in West Sacramento.

Ages: 8+
Days: Tuesdays and Thursday
Time: 6 - 6:55pm & 7 - 7:55pm
Location: Sam Combs Park 205 Stone Blvd
Fee: $54 per month

GUITAR LESSONS

Both Youth and Adult Classes are offered. 

The Youth class will cover the very basics of music theory and how it applies the guitar, proper technique as well as the fundamentals of songwriting. Proper practice will also be covered and musicians can expect weekly assignments personally designed to develop each student with the skills they desire.

The Adult guitar lessons are designed to give all musicians the chance to play and learn together. We will cover the basics of music theory, learn songs in a variety of styles, and give students the tools they need to write and create their own songs. Assignments will be crafted so each student is challenged in a way that fosters musical and personal growth.
